Cohesive unit
It is entirely possible that the only constant in life is change. People move, leave the fields, change jobs, etc. There are also things that are often mixed within an enterprise executives and managers have different roles. One of the problems with this change is that people are always together, who knows nothing about each other and therefore have little faith thrown in each other.
